-Minimum stay: Christmas, New Year's and Carnival - 7 nights; other seasons - 3 nights
- Deposits: 50% required at least 30 days in advance for the periods of Christmas, New Year’s and Carnival, and at least 15 days in advance in other seasons
- Extra person: Add 30% to room rate
- Children under 5: Free (limited to 1 child per couple)
- Discount for stays exceeding 7 days
- Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Carnival: add 30% to rates for 2 people
- Reservations will be confirmed only after deposit has been made to our account.

Cancellation Policy:
- Christmas, New Year’s and Carnival: 50% deposit will not be returned
- Other seasons: cancellations will be accepted up to 15 days preceding the date of arrival. Beyond that, deposits will not be returned.
